José Bautista is a composer, multimedia producer, sound artist and documentary filmmaker. He is also the founder of KanseiSounds , co-founder of Altamar.tv Films . He lives and works in Madrid, Spain.

He has collaborated with photographers and agencies across genres like reportage, documentary, and conceptual art. His sound installations have been exhibited in Spain, Japan, Moscow, France and England. He has also directed documentary works, including “Break In” in 2016, “The Sleeping Land” in 2017, “The Silence of War, Damascus” in 2019 and “Indestructibles” in 2021-2022.

Among many other awards José’s productions have accumulated 4 World Press Photo Prizes in the Multimedia category, First Prize Sound & Image Challenge International Festival of Macau, First Prize at the Pictures of the Year International (POYi) again in Multimedia category, First Prize best Film Editing at the SIMA Awards, First Prize Multimedia category at Prix Bayeux Calvados, First Prize at the LENS Culture Multimedia Award, and First Prize at VISA Pour L’image Web Documentary Award.

ALFONS RODRÍGUEZ

Alfons is a documentary photographer and photojournalist who has worked for about 25 years in around 100 countries, covering wars, social conflicts, disease and human rights issues in places such as Iraq, North Korea, DR Congo, Srebrenica, Rwanda, Armenia, South Africa, Mumbai, the Potosí mines, San Pedro prison and the Choquequirao citadel. Among his key long‑term works are The Third Rider, focused on hunger and malnutrition, his ongoing projects on 20th‑century genocides and global warming, recent reports on Ebola’s consequences, the Sahrawi refugee situation and Boko Haram, and the film The Sleeping Land, a deep look at Russian society.​​

He has been published in leading international media, has exhibited his work in Europe, Africa and the Americas, teaches photojournalism, collaborates with organizations such as the UN, UNICEF, UNHCR, Médecins Sans Frontières and Oxfam, and has received major awards including the International Godó Award, with cultural institutions considering him one of today’s leading Catalan photojournalists.

JOAN ROIG

Colorist

Joan founded Addretouch in 2006, a fully dedicated retouching, printing and production photo lab that has since post-produced works which have been later published in numerous prestigious international publications.

Its clients have obtained prestigious awards such as World Press Photo or Fotopress among others. In 2010 he joined the faculty of IDEP Barcelona as director of Post-Graduate in digital retouching and 3D post-production. In 2015 he specialised in Color Grading and decides to bring all his experience to a new creative adventure called CROMAGNON TV.
